In the example above the candidate has scored an overall mark of 93% but has failed because the minimum score (20 marks) was not achieved in Band 3 (Score:19)

The second part of the Part 1 test is the Hazard Perception test. In this particular test candidates have to watch an interactive video on the computer. In total there are 14 clips and candidates have to identify the developing hazard by clicking the mouse. The clips are divided into five parts. The total amount of marks for this test is 75 with a pass mark of 57 marks.
